Handle with Care: What's Hot in CF

Some things are so fragile and What’s Hot in CF on 90.7 FM this week are things that need to be handled with care, like the spectacular art glass on display at the Orlando Museum of Art’s Contemporary Glass Sculpture Show, a samurai sword as in the classic film Rashomon showing at Enzian tomorrow and of course, the temperament of Joan Crawford. Joan Crawford’s House Party is a show I’ve been looking forward to for a long time we all have a chance for the next three Saturdays at the Footlights Theatre at Parliament House. The show stars comic soopah-stah Doug Bowser as Miss Crawford (face it: he’s Orlando’s own Maggie Smith), Mark Baratelli as Judy Garland, Ginger Minj (Joshua Eads-Brown) as Adele, Catherine Goodison as Christina and my couch as Joan’s couch. With a stellar cast like this it’s a can’t-miss so if you didn’t get to see this Fringe hit in 2012 don’t make the same mistake twice. Not with Joan in the house.
See you there!
